Pennichuck Water Works, Inc.
RATES APPROVED BY THE NHPUC
The rates listed were authorized by NHPUC Order No. 27,098 in Docket No. DW 23-101 dated January 28, 2025, effective on bills rendered on or after March 1, 2025. As part of this docket, customers of the former PEU and PAC utilities are now customers of PWW. The following schedule shows the rates for each category of service:

| Tier 3 (above 20 CCF) per month | $7.35 per CCF |
Monthly volumetric charge for Multi-family Residential and Mixed-Use accounts:
| Tier 1 (0 to 7 CCF) times the number of units served by single meter @ $4.50 per |
| Tier 2 (8 to 20 CCF) times the number of units served by single meter @ $5.43 per |
| Tier 3 (above 20 CCF) times the number of units served by single meter @ $7.35 |
* For Mixed-Use, all Commercial entities serviced by one meter counts as one unit.
MONTHLY PRIVATE FIRE PROTECTION
The charge shall be determined by the size of the pipe entering the property as follows:
