Click here to pay a bill online from your checking or savings account. The first time you log in you will need to create a user ID and password for which you will need information from your water bill. You will also need to provide your checking account information.

Your water bill payment can be automatically deducted from your bank account. When the bill arrives, simply note the date and amount in your checkbook ledger.

Call customer service at 1-800-553-5191 with the routing # and account # for the checking or savings account that you wish to use and they can process a payment for you over the telephone.

Credit Card
An authorized independent payment processing company accepts credit card payments for Pennichuck water bills. You will be charged a convenience fee of $3.50 for each payment up to $200. To pay by credit card, call 1-877-553-4905.

When paying by mail, you may pay by check, money order or traveler’s check. Please do not send cash. Send payment and the detached portion of the bill in the return envelope provided.

In Person

At the Company’s business office at 25 Manchester Street, Merrimack, NH between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
There is also a mail slot to the right side of the front door at our business office at 25 Manchester Street, Merrimack, NH

Payment Notification

Please Note: If you do not pay your bill by the due date, you will receive a Disconnect Notice. Please call us if you are unable to pay your bill by the due date. If we do not hear from you by the date of disconnection, your water service will be disconnected. To reconnect service you must pay your bill and a service charge.
