4:00pm – Drew Woods Main Break UPDATE – Our crews are still in the area flushing our mains to ensure all colored water is expelled from the system. Customers should expect this through this afternoon and to continue tomorrow, Friday, September 20th, 2024. Customers may experience periods of low pressure and/or colored water in their homes. We appreciate you patience while we work to protect the quality of your drinking water. After flushing is complete, if you continue to have colored water in your home, please flushing your internal lines by running a COLD water tap for 5 minutes. 12:45pm – The second leak has been identified and repaired. Customers should see an improvement in water pressure going forward. Please continue to limit non-essential water use until tomorrow, Thursday, September 19 at 12pm as the Drew Woods system’s tanks need to recover from this event. Once the tanks have recovered, we will be out performing light flushing to clear an colored water from the mains. Call 800-553-5191 with questions.
8:00am – Our crew was able to identify and repair the main break last night. In our search, we identified that there is a second leak somewhere else in the system that is causing the system to lose additional water. We have crews working to identify the location of the second leak at this time. Please limit non-essential water use at this time. Customers in the Drew Woods system will be experiencing low pressure to no water. We do not have an ETA for repair at this time. Check back for updates. Call 800-553-5191 with questions.

9:00pm – Our staff has been able to identify the main break in our Drew Woods system and are working diligently to repair and restore service to our Drew Woods customers. At this time, we expect the water to be shut down throughout the night and restored around 5:00am tomorrow, Wednesday, September 18th. Contact 800-553-5191 with any questions.
4:50pm – We are aware of a main break in the Drew Woods system. This may cause customers in this system to experience low pressure to no water while we are assessing and repairing. We have an operator in route to assess the situation, but we do not have an ETA for repair at this period in time. Check back for updates.
